New Perfume

Well, I went and got a "buck rag" and tied it around Heather's neck. This will get the girls into season for which we've been waiting for a little while. This is supposed to trick them into coming into season. This rag had been hanging around a smelly buck for awhile. It smells AWFUL to everybody else except goats. Poppy and Flower really thought Heather was cute and smelled WONDERFUL with her new collar. Even the dogs caught a wiff of it! Thankfully, they're not rolling in it!

Oh Honey, I love you!!

Doubleshift

Either the "milk" tastes better on the other side or Annie didn't care! Pixie is feeding her own pups and Annie's!

Goat Pictures

Haven't taken any goat pictures in awhile. Here Truck is telling Heather a secret!

Flower and Poppy waiting at the fence.

Shaggy Heather!

Peek a boo!

Sheila's Pastime

If you don't find Sheila tossing her ball or pine cone, you'll find her in the goat barn eating berries.

Dog Tracks

Couldn't find any mountain lion tracks or anything exciting. You'll have to settle for these dog tracks!

Growing Rhode Island Reds

Those cute little chicks that arrived at 7 AM at the post office back in September are really growing up. Our "free" chicken stands out in the crowd!

Rain!!

We finally received some decent rain. California really needs it. It rained yesterday and all through the night. A whopping 3.25 inches. Plenty of mud puddles around our place.
